It is always difficult to choose a vacation home from far away to meet a list of preferences. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our wishes were met much more than we expected. The 427 Swiss Court villa was perfect, and we enjoyed the Thanksgiving weekend with our family and my first grandchild. We want to thank you so much for the wonderful house. Even though the weather was a bit cold, we stayed hot in the hot tub. We had a chance to do some fishing out in the back. Never caught anything. We went out on an Everglades tour and really enjoyed the back country. We ate at The Snook Inn, Konrad's, Divinci's and drank at Shelia's. The food and spirits were wonderful. We also watched two movies at the theater. How fun is it to be served beer at a movie. Marco Island is probably the cleanest area we have ever vacationed. The shells at the beach were in abundance. We had the chance to bike around and look at your other houses, and they too were just gorgeous. I have told my parents about this, so expect a phone call from them in the future. It truly is a wonderful house to bring family and relax. Your location is perfect for beaches and dining. We hope to go again. — The Gesbockers

We are getting back into our routine after a wonderful trip to Marco Island. We really appreciated you working with us to work out a deal for us to stay in your gorgeous house at 565 Hernando Drive. We were very upset that Hurricane Wilma had damaged our original accommodations, but we were the ones who got lucky. We couldn't have asked for a more luxurious place to spend our time. Your house is absolutely spectacular! We really enjoyed ourselves. We were able to relax in the mornings by the pool, and in the evenings in the hot tub. Everything about the house is so well-done. It looks like you have taken the time to figure out what people who are staying there would need, and you have provided it. We will definitely check with you the next time we come to Marco. And, again, thank you for making the special deal with us that you did—we were really discouraged and felt like we had driven 900 miles and were not going to have any place to stay. It is a sad evening for the Hoffman family of Buffalo, NY. We have spent two glorious weeks on Marco Island as temporary residents and grateful guests of your lovely home at 463 Kendall. We've had so many wonderful memories here—from dinners poolside to family romps in the pool. Our friends stayed at your place on Century and feel the same. Your wonderful sense of style and care of these homes are admirable. We want you to know we have treated the premises as if they were our own. Our only consolation in departing is the thought that we'll return in 2006. Thank you for opening your doors to us. Just thought I’d drop you a quick email to thank you for letting us stay at your villa in Marco over New Year. We both really enjoyed our time there. Our immediate comment when we first entered the villa was WOW! There's so much space there. And very nicely furnished as well. Just what we had hoped for. Having the sun just about all day on the lanai made a great difference to us as well—given the key thing for us was to be able to relax after a very busy year with our business (www.skillstudio.co.uk). The ability to easily connect to the Internet to check on the odd email etc was also a great benefit to me (in between relaxing!). Our family just got back from Marco Island and had a wonderful time. Your house is beautiful and decorated so nice. Pictures on the web site do not do it justice. We had plenty of room, and there wasn't anything we needed in the house once we got there. Our kids had a great time in the pool, and it was so nice to be able to open up all the doors and have access to the pool and the lanai. It was great to have the bikes, Internet, pool toys and Play Station there for the kids. We will definitely be back to Marco Island and would love to rent your house again.
